Los Angeles experienced citywide festivities after the Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-game World Series championship. Supporters worldwide united with Angelenos in jubilation, marking the first time in a quarter-century that a team has achieved back-to-back championships.
Celebration Parade Draws Massive Turnout
Los Angeles area events featured a procession through the city center on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and spontaneous parties throughout the city.
Social media videos depict countless of Angelenos flooding downtown streets, many displaying handmade banners and team flags. The team was seen traveling proudly on a open-top bus through the crowds, raising the championship trophy high.
“My focus is already about the third time we’re going to achieve this,” Shohei Ohtani stated through an translator.
The procession path concluded at Dodger Stadium, where the team walked out to the rapper’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard spinning music and the artist driving a Pacific blue vintage Cadillac around the stadium’s outfield.

Celebrations began well before the procession, with Dodgers fans lighting fireworks in the roads of the city center on Sunday night.
The World Series MVP, named the MVP of the championship, spoke plainly about the victory.
